What’s Covered
Lifetime Coverage
All DSRW LLC suppressors are warranted for the lifetime of the product against defects in materials and workmanship when used under normal conditions.
No-Fault Support
We understand that real-world use happens. If your suppressor is damaged—whether due to a manufacturing defect or an unintentional mistake—we will work with you to make it right.
- Verified manufacturing defects will be repaired or replaced at no cost.
- Non-manufacturing damage is evaluated on a case-by-case basis to ensure a fair resolution.
- If a suppressor cannot be repaired, a replacement may be provided. A service fee may apply depending on the circumstances.
Fully Transferable Warranty
This warranty follows the product, not the owner. Coverage applies whether you are the original purchaser or a subsequent owner. No registration or proof of purchase is required.
Products Covered
This warranty applies to all DSRW LLC suppressors. Apparel and promotional items are excluded.
Owner Responsibilities
Proper maintenance is required to ensure optimal performance and warranty eligibility.
- Follow all provided usage and maintenance guidelines
- Avoid excessive buildup of carbon, lead, or copper
- Use appropriate ammunition, barrel lengths, and mounting systems
We are happy to assist with maintenance questions, and cleaning services may be available (shipping costs apply).
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Loss or theft
- Intentional damage, abuse, or severe misuse
- Use outside intended guidelines or specifications
- Unauthorized modifications or alterations
- Cosmetic damage that does not impact function
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Excessive fouling (carbon, lead, copper buildup)
- Shipping costs, tax stamps, or dealer transfer fees
- Damage caused by use of 3rd party mounting systems
- Intentional destruction or negligence beyond reasonable use
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DSRW LLC shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Personal injury
- Property damage
- Economic or financial loss
This warranty provides specific legal rights, and you may also have additional rights which vary by state.
