TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SALES AND SERVICES

IMPORTANT NOTICE

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase of products and services from DSRW LLC (“DSRW,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through dsrifleworks.com (the “Website”).

By placing an order, you:

  • Confirm you are legally eligible to purchase firearms and related items
  • Agree to be bound by these Terms
  • Agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws

1. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & ELIGIBILITY

All orders constitute an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

We may cancel orders for reasons including:

  • Legal or regulatory concerns
  • Suspected fraud
  • Incomplete or inaccurate information
  • Inability to complete lawful transfer

You represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years old (or 21 where required)
  • You are not prohibited from owning firearms or NFA-regulated items

2. FIREARMS & FFL TRANSFERS

GCA Firearms (Standard Firearms)

  • All firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer selected by the customer
  • The customer is responsible for:
    • Selecting a valid FFL
    • Ensuring compliance with local laws
    • Completing background checks

DSRW LLC is not responsible for:

  • Transfer fees charged by your FFL
  • Background check delays or denials
  • Dealer-specific policies or actions

3. NFA ITEMS (SUPPRESSORS & REGULATED ITEMS)

Transfer Process

All NFA-regulated items (including suppressors) are:

  • Shipped to the customer’s selected authorized FFL/SOT dealer
  • Transferred in accordance with ATF regulations
  • Subject to Form 3 and Form 4 processing timelines

Important NFA Disclaimers

By purchasing an NFA item, you acknowledge:

  • ATF approval is required before possession
  • Processing times are unpredictable and outside DSRW’s control
  • Delays may result from:
    • ATF processing backlogs
    • eForms system outages
    • Dealer delays
    • Customer submission delays

NFA Refund Policy

  • Orders may be canceled only prior to transfer initiation
  • Transfer is considered initiated once:
    • The item is shipped to your selected dealer
    • ATF paperwork has been submitted

After transfer initiation:

  • No refunds will be issued
  • Returns are not accepted

If an ATF application is:

  • Denied or returned, DSRW may, at its discretion:
    • Assist with resubmission
    • Offer a partial refund (subject to recovery + restocking fees)

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Orders are charged at the price listed at time of purchase
  • Taxes, shipping, and fees are calculated at checkout

We reserve the right to:

  • Correct pricing errors
  • Cancel orders resulting from such errors

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping Policy

  • Firearms & NFA items ship to FFL dealers only
  • Non-serialized items ship directly to the customer

Risk of Loss

  • Ownership and risk transfer upon delivery to the carrier
  • Delivery dates are estimates only

DSRW LLC is not liable for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost/stolen packages after confirmed delivery
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Firearms

  • Non-returnable once shipped to FFL
  • Cancelation allowed only prior to shipment

If refused or denied:

  • Subject to restocking fees (15–25%)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

NFA ITEMS

  • Non-returnable after transfer initiation
  • No refunds after ATF submission or dealer transfer

Accessories & Parts

  • Returnable within [14–30 days] if:
    • Unused
    • In original packaging

Customer is responsible for return shipping

Non-Returnable Items

  • Ammunition
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Used or installed parts

7. WARRANTY INFORMATION

Unless otherwise expressly stated, DSRW LLC provides no independent warranties on products sold.

All warranties, if applicable, are provided solely by the product manufacturer. Customers must work directly with the manufacturer for any warranty claims, service, or repairs.

DSRW LLC is not responsible for:

  • Manufacturer warranty performance
  • Processing times
  • Claim outcomes

Firearms & NFA Items

  • Firearms and suppressors are covered, if at all, under manufacturer warranties
  • All NFA items are transferred through a customer-selected FFL/SOT dealer
  • Warranty matters are handled directly between the customer and manufacturer

8. LEGAL COMPLIANCE

You are solely responsible for:

  • Understanding firearm laws in your jurisdiction
  • Ensuring lawful purchase and possession

DSRW LLC reserves the right to:

  • Refuse service where prohibited
  • Cancel transactions that may violate laws

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING:

  • MERCHANTABILITY
  • FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
  • NON-INFRINGEMENT

Some jurisdictions may not allow limitations—those limits apply where legally permitted.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

DSRW LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Lost profits or opportunities
  • Delays related to ATF processing or FFL handling

Maximum liability is limited to:
The amount paid for the product

11. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Government actions
  • ATF delays
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Natural disasters
  • System outages

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of:
State of Idaho

13. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
